The Supreme Court has accepted the 11th District Court ruling to reject the constitutionality of the President Obama mandatory health insurance issue.The National Tax Limitation Committee was instrumental in filing “Friends of the Court” support of the Unconstitutionality of the President’s plan to force Americans to pay for healthcare under penalty and punishment. NTLC President, Lew Uhler, filed the supporting brief that helped decide to send the case up to the Supreme Court.
